Tasting: The classic aroma of red fruits given by the Barbera grape to the wine is amplified and enriched with spicy notes due to its passage in wood. The wine is full-bodied with a good, balanced acidity.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for 8-9 days at a temperature of 27-28°C.
Ageing in wood is for 12 months and takes place in used oak casks and French barriques. It also matures in the bottle for at least 6 months.
