Tasting: Our Barolo Ravera DOCG is a wine with an intense perfume of red fruits, accompanied by balsamic notes and spices, well mature tannins, thanks to a long ageing process that also makes them elegant and enveloping. A wine for great occasions.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are crushed and destemmed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place during maceration, which usually lasts 35-40 days.
Maturation takes place for 24 months in untoasted oak barrels from the Allier region of France. After this period, it rests for at least 6 months in the bottle.
