Tasting: Traditionally produced, our Diano d’Alba DOCG preserves all the classic aromas and flavours of dolcetto, from the berry to the glass, creating a quality product capable of accompanying any dish, thanks also to its low alcohol content. The aroma and flavour tend, as one would expect from an excellent dolcetto, towards red fruits such as black cherry and cherry. The freshness and acidity that characterise the dolcetto grape are carried over entirely to the bottle.


The grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for 4-5 days at a temperature of 25-26°C.

Maturation takes place in steel tanks for about 4 months. Bottling takes place in the month of February following the harvest.
