Tasting: Colour, aroma and taste are an evolution of the classic Dolcetto. The typical perfume of red fruits, such as black cherry and cherry, is amplified thanks to the ageing it undergoes. The end result is an unusual wine, for meditation, that brings back all the characteristics of Dolcetto and a few extra notes.


The grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for 5-6 days at a temperature of 26-27°C.

Maturation takes place in steel tanks for about 9 months and 6 months in the bottle. Bottling takes place in the summer following the harvest.
