Tasting: Our Langhe DOC Bianco Lumiè is a very fresh wine characterised by floral and tropical fruit aromas accompanied by aromatic hints. In the mouth it is very sipid, fresh and at the same time full-bodied and structured thanks to the particular characteristics of the grapes used to make it.
The grapes are immediately pressed gently. Fermentation of the must takes place at low temperatures.
It matures ‘sur lies’ for four months and is bottled in the month of February following the harvest.
